Job Summary
Sales Representative based in our Chicago office, responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting and selling roofing and construction products/services, analyzing customer needs, maintaining positive relationships, driving the sales pipeline, meeting targets, coordinating with teams, reporting insights, and performing roofing inspections to generate sales; involves driving to client appointments, delivering presentations, negotiating/closing deals, and handling objections in a field-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the construction or roofing industry
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to appointments
- Ability to climb on roofs for assessments and inspections
- Drone inspections accepted
