Job Summary
Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary goals while establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, care facilities, and referral sources in North San Diego County. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to promote services and identify opportunities for improved patient outcomes. Assist the marketing team in strategic planning and monitor the cost-effectiveness of all efforts. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, and community resources. This role offers a competitive base salary plus generous commission, with full health, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Hospice industry Sales experience
- A book of business
- Contacts/connections in the healthcare industry located in North San Diego County
- Experience collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other medical professionals in the North San Diego Community
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hospitals affiliates, clinics, care facilities, and in the healthcare community in general
- Excellent communication skills
