Job Summary
FRSTeam is seeking an Account Representative/Sales Representative to drive growth in the Bay Area Counties (Alameda/Contra Costa & SF, and Marin). The role focuses on relationship-building with commercial partners and insurance agents/adjusters, prospecting for new business, maintaining and cultivating the existing customer base through regular contacts, and using software/CRM to track activities. The candidate will present marketing campaigns and programs to clients, attend industry events, develop new events, manage a budget, and set goals while working independently. The position emphasizes a service-focused, customer-oriented approach with strong decision-making, adaptability to change, multitasking, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of strong sales background with proven results
