Job Summary
Sales Representative for auto parts responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing LKQ products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions on parts, pricing, warranties, and services. Key duties include informing customers about unit prices, shipping dates, and delays; processing orders with attention to correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; maintaining and following up on transactions; prospecting and developing relationships to cultivate new business; advising on substitutions or modifications when parts are unavailable; and performing related internal documentation (credits, invoices, work orders, returns). The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers, product knowledge, pricing and delivery coordination, and accurate order processing. Essential physical demands include sedentary work with occasional lifting and travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive parts (preferred)
- Basic math and computer skills
