Job Summary
Develop and execute creative sales and marketing plans to drive business to the community, with approximately 85% of time spent showing homes and highlighting features. Sell, process, and close homes while adhering to company philosophy, providing timely follow-through from initial contact to after closing. Maintain records of all communication, monitor daily customer traffic, and create sales agreements including tax calculations and credit checks. Attend rally meetings to review strategies, collaborate with leadership on community plans, and participate in regional call campaigns and events. Build strong resident relations through self-generated sales outreach and maintain a database of available homes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
