Job Summary
Stock, fill, and merchandise all coolers, shelves, and displays at assigned retail accounts in the Barron/Rice Lake market. Rotate product to ensure freshness, install and remove permanent point-of-sale materials, and assist with cooler resets. Deliver products at the request of office staff and maintain a hand-held computer unit proficiently. Fill in for sales associates on routes to support overall sales efforts and company growth. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 175 lbs, and a pre-employment drug screen. This role services 11,000 licensed retail customers across 72 Wisconsin counties as part of a family-owned wholesale distributor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of associates degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Ability to lift up to 175 lbs. multiple times per day, and pass a pre-employment lift test
- Must be able to reach, twist, and bend
- Willingness to train in industrial lift equipment
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
