Job Summary
The Sales Recruitment Consultant role focuses on building healthcare staffing relationships between hospitals/clinics and our nursing professional network. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new business with healthcare facilities, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored staffing solutions aligned to client needs, maintaining a robust pipeline through networking and referrals, collaborating with recruitment and operations teams, negotiating contracts and SLAs, managing client accounts and CRM activity, staying informed on industry trends, and representing Ambition 24Hours at events. Key skills include consultative sales, healthcare staffing knowledge, relationship management, proposal development, contract negotiation, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel for client meetings. Hybrid/in-person working options are offered; Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa is the location context.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in consultative business development, ideally within healthcare staffing, recruitment, or a related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent relationship-building and account management capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings
