Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level and junior sales positions, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews for senior roles. Establish professional relationships with hiring managers and applicants while ensuring Recruitment Trackers and reports remain accurate and up-to-date. Verify that applicants complete required Workday tasks and fulfill team deliverables. This role is based at BPI AIA Makati Head Office and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in volume hiring within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
