Job Summary
Sales Recruiter/Business Development Representative responsible for generating new clients and business, sustaining client relationships, headhunting candidates, and managing a full 360 desk from client acquisition and job creation to candidate sourcing and closure. Requires 1+ year of client-facing sales experience in staffing/recruitment or B2B sales, consultative sales skills, ability to navigate software tools, strong communication, and ability to thrive in a fast, performance-driven environment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional client facing sales experience—ideally in Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales
- Strong verbal and written consultative sales skills
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and navigate new software products and user interfaces
- Ability to thrive in a fast performance driven environment and quickly implement feedback and training from your manager
