Sales Recruiter - Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary
Source and engage high-quality candidates for Sales, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market positions across LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US. Build and maintain talent pipelines using your own sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks, conducting screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates for roles including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, and Account Managers while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through submission. Maintain clear communication with candidates and provide regular recruitment updates. This commission-based freelance opportunity requires your own LinkedIn Recruiter licence and sourcing subscriptions, offering high ownership and autonomy for experienced recruiters working with high-growth international companies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market roles
- Demonstrated success hiring across LATAM, South Africa, EMEA, the UK, and the US
- Strong experience recruiting for positions such as SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, Sales Managers, and other commercial roles
- Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, talent communities, and other sourcing techniques
- Own LinkedIn Recruiter licence
- Own sourcing tools
- Own job board subscriptions
- Own recruitment technology required to perform the role
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through candidate submission
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and accountability while working independently

- Existing networks of sales professionals across one or more of the target regions
- Experience using modern ATS and CRM platforms
