Job Summary
Join Lendbuzz as a Sales Recruiter, where you will conduct full cycle recruitment to attract top talent for various positions. You will screen candidates, manage the interview process, and contribute to recruitment process improvements along with the Talent Acquisition Manager. We require candidates to have over 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in the automotive finance field, and a proven ability to engage passive talent through major job boards and social media. Strong communication skills and adaptability are crucial for success in our dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment
- Experience in Automotive Finance, Dealership Sales, Warranty Companies, Reinsurance, or other auto related field
- Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Experience using an applicant tracking system; Lever experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
