Job Summary
Sales Recruiter at Vensure Employer Solutions responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs, develops recruitment strategies, and manages the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers and onboarding. Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline, uses ATS and recruitment tools, and tracks performance metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience, with on-site work in Chandler, AZ. Strong communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or similar role
