Sales Recruiter (6 month contract)

Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for software/technology roles in a contract-length recruiting function. Partner with internal clients to drive end-to-end recruitment processes, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage the interview process, references, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, provide timely reporting on recruitment activity, and lead or participate in recruitment or HR projects. Requires 5+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across geographies in a fast-paced environment. Travel to Salt Lake City or Mississauga may be required for remote or hybrid arrangements, and collaboration with teams is emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (software/technology preferred)
- strong sourcing skills with web-based tools
- ability to screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders
- experience working across geographies
- comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- ability to manage recruitment projects and provide candidate experience
