Job Summary
Generate qualified leads through personal networks, referrals, and walk-ins, then conduct professional site presentations to prospects. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from inquiry to booking and final possession, while negotiating with high-net-worth investors to secure deals. Maintain detailed client files, booking records, and payment plans, followed by consistent follow-up to convert warm leads into closed sales. Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and recovery reports to management, coordinating regularly on market feedback and strategy updates. Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets while ensuring punctual submission of documentation and executive reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, progressive experience in real estate sales
- Must have worked with a reputable Builder & Developer, Real Estate Developer, Mall Project, Commercial Project, or Housing Scheme
- Strong track record of selling commercial shops, offices, retail spaces, or mixed-use developments
- Existing active network of investors, real estate agents, and potential buyers
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and high-value closing capabilities
- Sound understanding of real estate laws, booking procedures, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional customer service, professional grooming, and relationship management skills
