Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and update client records. Engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction, initiate upsell conversations, and gather feedback through reviews. Collaborate with the clinic team to drive sales growth, maintain treatment rooms, and assist clients to their rooms. Complete clinic operational tasks with minimal direction while performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business
