Job Summary
Sales Quality & AI Systems Specialist at Cydcor focuses on measuring and improving sales quality across field offices (approximately 75% Sales Quality operations, 25% AI systems support and process improvement). Responsibilities include handling customer escalations within SLAs, de-escalating tense situations, analyzing reporting to identify quality issues, documenting and sharing best practices, automating/manual improvements with AI/tools, partnering with internal teams to support field sales on quality standards, tracking escalation resolution rates, implementing process improvements, building cross-team relationships, testing new tools, and iterating on approaches. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and clients, leveraging AI-driven ideas to streamline workflows, and contributing to proactive quality measures. Location is Hybrid in Agoura Hills, CA (Fridays optional remote).
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- A self-starter mindset with initiative and comfort working independently or in teams
- Strong customer focus, empathy, and the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or AI-driven ideas into practical solutions for a non-technical team
- Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- A natural eye for inefficiency and the drive to fix it, whether through process improvements, automation, or creative problem-solving
