Job Summary
Manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters by monitoring daily activities, conducting field and refreshment training, and ensuring sales targets are met. Visit merchants daily to build relationships with store PICs and verify POP material placement for effective program execution. Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather data on sales, competitors, and field issues. Lead the team in achieving area-wide program goals while maintaining strong communication and marketing skills. Requires at least two years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to work shifting hours.
Required Qualifications
- Senior High School or Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Strong Leadership
- Able to manage Team and Area
- Good communication skill
- Marketing skill with media social
- Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel
- Able to work shifting
