Job Summary
Manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters by monitoring daily activities, conducting field and refreshment training, and ensuring sales targets are met. Visit merchants daily to build relationships with store PICs, verify POP material placement, and coordinate with operational teams to track sales, competitor data, and field issues. Oversee program execution across the Jabodetabek area while leading a shifting schedule. Requires strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills with at least two years of experience in sales or financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Senior High School or Diploma in any field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
- Familiar with MS Office and Excel
- Able to work shifting
