Job Summary
Sales Project Manager responsible for managing industrial fabrication/PVF projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include recommending products and services, identifying and gathering resources, establishing and maintaining major account relationships, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, coordinating with partners and clients to determine scope and requirements, conducting project meetings, communicating status to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and equipment, and providing high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects align with plan. Required skills include 3+ years in sales/project management for steel and alloy pipe, valves, and fittings (preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel capabilities, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and solid business acumen.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of Sales and/or Project Management experience in Steel and Alloy Pipe, Valves and Fittings is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access)
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work
- Proactive, not reactive
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
