Job Summary
Oversee production projects from initial specification through final delivery, coordinating across production, quality, supply chain, sales support, graphics, and logistics teams. Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, preparing materials for meetings and carrying out specific tasks related to clients at the direction of senior leadership. Coordinate in-house design sessions, facilitate new product development by researching vendors and attending weekly meetings, and assist with industry event presentations. Act as a communication liaison with internal departments, outside vendors, and customers, ensuring timely corrective action responses and compliance with environmental management systems. Occasional travel may be required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- BS or BA degree required
- Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
- Excellent time management skills
- Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
- Occasional travel may be required
