Job Summary

Coordinate revenue-driving projects across the Inside and Field National sales teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps to keep initiatives moving. Collaborate across sales teams, serving as a reliable point of contact who keeps Inside and Field reps aligned on shared goals and priorities. Partner across internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects stay on schedule. Support work spanning multiple verticals, adapting to the unique needs and stakeholders of each business line. Maintain project trackers and dashboards, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks early. Prepare reporting and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales to inform decision-making. Help organize cross-functional meetings, capturing action items and following up to drive accountability. Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications. Intern role starting September 2026, Fall 2026 term; part-time on-site (20-25 hours) with a focus on project management, sales operations, and business strategy. Ideal candidate is currently enrolled in college (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) with strong organizational and communication skills, collaborative mindset, and familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
