Job Summary
Sales & Project Coordination Intern supporting sales activities, client servicing, and project coordination while working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role provides exposure to client management, project execution, and business operations. Key responsibilities include handling incoming sales enquiries and qualified leads, conducting initial sales consultations and product introductions, supporting proposal preparation and client onboarding, coordinating project requirements between clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress and assisting in timeline management, attending client meetings and preparing meeting notes, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, following up with clients throughout project implementation, maintaining project documentation and status reports, and performing other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements emphasize strong English communication, interpersonal and coordination skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to work independently as well as in a team.
