Sales Program

This entry-level sales and leadership development role trains and prepares associates for sales and leadership positions within Independence Village and StoryPoint communities. The program blends foundational industry knowledge with coaching in consultative selling, presentations, and public speaking, and progresses toward team leadership and coaching responsibilities across senior communities. Primary responsibilities include learning from the sales team, understanding the Independence Village and StoryPoint brands, identifying senior and family needs, communicating professionally, building connections with prospective residents, and supporting call-center and in-home visits while pursuing personal development and leadership growth.
