Job Summary
Sales Program Manager to design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities by translating business objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success metrics. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve sales productivity, and enhance executional excellence; lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement; measure program performance against KPIs and drive adoption of new priorities and ways of working through data-driven insights and change management. Demonstrate ownership, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, sales enablement, or related roles within SaaS or the technology industry
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and building strong partnerships across teams to drive business outcomes, revenue acceleration, and operational improvement
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience translating strategic priorities into scalable programs with measurable outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong bias for action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environment
