Sales Program Manager

Job Summary

Lead the LACMTA Bus Procurement Program as the primary commercial interface, coordinating production, delivery, and acceptance activities from contract award through final delivery. Maintain a minimum 50% on-site presence at LACMTA facilities during the first 100 buses' acceptance period, while managing recurring project meetings and tracking all contract deliverables, risks, and change requests. Serve as the central point of contact for customer communications regarding engineering issues, testing, warranty matters, and technical support, ensuring timely resolution of punch list items and contractual reporting requirements. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align on contract milestones and mitigate risks impacting schedule, quality, or cost. Travel frequently between ENC and LACMTA sites as required to support vehicle operations and program execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales project management
  • Experience in the transportation or manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, customer-facing projects
  • Experience involving government agencies, public transit, or other complex manufacturing programs
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles
  • Knowledge of vehicle manufacturing
  • Knowledge of production planning
  • Knowledge of supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of commissioning
