Job Summary
The Sales Program Advisor is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting and selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service, while ensuring satisfaction and contributing to the success of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with a sense of urgency
