Sales Professional

Conduct in-person and phone sales by discovering customer wants and needs, facilitating the sale process through design consults and layout reviews, and closing transactions based on evaluated goals and external factors. Maintain product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions while navigating provided computer programs as selling tools. Build strong client relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork throughout the customer experience. This role requires 2+ years of commission sales experience and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned environment. Candidates must be active, willing to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs, and able to work outdoors in extreme conditions including rain, heat, and wind.
