Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone sales by discovering customer needs, facilitating the sale process through design consults and layout reviews, and closing deals based on their goals. Maintain a working knowledge of products to make appropriate recommendations while navigating provided computer programs as selling tools. Provide exceptional service throughout the customer experience and build strong relationships through excellent teamwork. Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, sun, and wind, while frequently lifting items up to 75 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned while seeking self-development opportunities and participating in training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check in accordance with applicable fair chance laws, rules, and regulations
