Job Summary
Provide exceptional service throughout the customer's experience by communicating effectively in-person and over the phone to discover wants and needs. Sell and close customers based on their goals by facilitating steps such as showing value propositions, reviewing photos and layouts, and submitting finance applications. Maintain a working knowledge of products to appropriately recommend them while navigating provided computer programs as selling tools. Seek self-development opportunities through training and welcome feedback to build strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork. Work outdoors for extended periods in various conditions while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check in accordance with applicable fair chance laws, rules, and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
