Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone sales to discover customer needs, then facilitate the sale process by presenting value propositions, reviewing layouts, and submitting finance applications. Maintain product knowledge to recommend appropriate items and use provided computer programs as selling tools. Build strong customer relationships while seeking self-development through training and feedback. Work outdoors in extended periods under extreme conditions, including rain, heat, and wind, while performing duties that may require lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check in accordance with applicable fair chance laws, rules, and regulations
