Job Summary
Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover customer wants and needs, then sell and close based on those requirements. Facilitate the sale process by showing value propositions, reviewing photos and layouts, conducting design consults, and submitting finance applications. Maintain product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and navigate provided computer programs as selling tools. Build strong relationships while seeking self-development through training and feedback. Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment requiring physical activity and outdoor work in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check in accordance with applicable fair chance laws, rules, and regulations
