Job Summary
Independent management and development of the Western sales territory (NRW, Hesse, Lower Saxony); Acquisition, consulting, and development of B2B customers in the retail, entertainment, events, and leisure industries; Sales of the skills.lab Cube product line with a focus on customer and fan engagement, as well as support for selected projects in professional football; Management of the entire sales process, from lead generation and needs analysis to usage concepts, business cases, and contract closure; Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with commercial operators, clubs, academies, and partners; Representation of skills.lab at trade fairs, events, roadshows, and industry gatherings; CRM updates of all sales activities; Based on NRW or Hesse, willingness to travel; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation; Fluency in German and English; 13.5 salary payments, pension, company car option, and 30 days of vacation per year.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in active B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Business-fluent German and English
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
