Job Summary
Sales professional to independently manage and develop the Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland sales territory for skills.lab Cube, focusing on B2B customers in retail, entertainment, events, and leisure. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales from lead generation to contract closure, consulting and developing long-term relationships with operators, clubs, academies, and partners, representing skills.lab at industry events, maintaining CRM records, and traveling within the territory. Requires several years of active B2B sales experience with a proven track record, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, business fluency in German and English, willingness to travel extensively, and ideally based in Southern Germany. Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in active B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience or an established network in sports, retail, entertainment, events, or the leisure industry is an advantage
- Strong sales mentality with enthusiasm for new customer acquisition and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills when dealing with decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-motivation, and a structured way of working
- Affinity for football and interest in innovative sports technologies
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory, and ideally based in Southern Germany (Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg)
- Based in or willing to base in Southern Germany (Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg)
