Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, your main responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs, generating sales through a consultative approach, and building rapport with customers. You will work as a team to achieve sales goals and explain financing and protection plans while demonstrating product value. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working directly with customers
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required
