Job Summary
Greet and engage customers to uncover their home furnishing needs, helping them realize their design vision through a consultative approach. Build rapport using strong interpersonal skills and active listening to encourage additional products and explain financing and protection plans. Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs while working as a team to achieve sales goals. Pay averages $70,000 - $100,000 annually based on commission and location. This role is available at any of our 250 nationwide locations.
