Job Summary
Full-time Sales Associate at Rooms To Go responsible for greeting and engaging customers, uncovering home furnishings needs to help turn design visions into reality, generating sales through a consultative approach, building rapport with customers, encouraging additional products to complete the room, and working as a team to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include explaining financing and protection plans, demonstrating product value, and leveraging advertising, financing, and delivery services to support the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or clearance sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use electronic devices (tablets, touch screens)
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
