Job Summary
Automotive Sales Associate with a family-owned Chevrolet & GMC dealership in the Las Vegas area. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting vehicles, meeting or exceeding vehicle sales goals, creating and executing a growth-focused business plan with management, explaining product performance and available equipment, determining customer needs, conducting test drives, and evaluating actions to improve time utilization. Ideal candidates have a sales background, strong customer service, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
