Job Summary
Sell pre-need and at-need cemetery arrangements and services; build relationships with families; lead generation through events, door-knocking, and group seminars; consistently prospect to meet quota; obtain referrals and develop community relations; present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide; provide compassionate service, aftercare, and long-term relationship building with families; collaborate with funeral directors and other staff; be flexible with hours including nights/weekends; utilize CRM for activity tracking and follow-up; local travel in CA with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience
- Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- In states/provinces where required, must hold a Funeral Directors License to perform this role
- Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education
- CRM experience is a plus
