Job Summary
Sales Professional - Outside Sales role selling pre-need arrangements and services for Dignity Memorial, focusing on lead generation, referrals, and relationship-building with families. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide, following up with families, building community relationships, and coordinating with Funeral Directors and cemetery staff. Requires networking, in-person engagement with families, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and ability to work as part of a team to provide high-quality service and long-term relationships. Compensation includes a strong commission-based structure with total target compensation ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 in the first year and potentially $100,000 to $150,000 in subsequent years; base pay is supplemented with commissions. Must have a high school education or equivalent, 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Bilingual ability is a plus; CRM experience is beneficial. Work involves indoor/outdoor environments with travel to local locations and may include demanding schedules.”,
Required Qualifications
