Job Summary
Outside Sales role for Dignity Memorial services; responsibilities include revenue generation toward monthly quotas, prospecting and generating qualified leads through community relations and events, presenting pre-need and funeral services via PowerPoint, guiding families through options, performing needs assessments, following up for referrals, managing contracts and aftercare, and maintaining CRM records. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with families, professional communication, ability to present to groups, and willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College coursework preferred
- Funeral Directors License where required by state law
- Life Insurance license where required by state law
- Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
