Job Summary
Accountable for serving client families by making cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements. Responsibilities include at-need and pre-need sales, prospecting, networking, and maintaining relationships with families. Must provide exemplary personalized service, follow through on customer requests, collaborate with team members, and ensure satisfaction. Candidates are expected to maintain productivity through activity tracking and be flexible to work various hours. Must pass internal presentation certification and possess empathy and respect towards clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state/province issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Insurance license if required by state/province law
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and experience
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and or weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state/province
