Job Summary
Sales Professional responsible for selling and closing Moon Valley Nurseries products to customers. Duties include providing exceptional service throughout the customer experience, communicating effectively in-person and by phone to identify wants and needs, presenting and closing based on those needs, guiding customers through the planning process with value proposition discussions and design consultations, processing financing applications when needed, maintaining product knowledge, utilizing computer tools as selling aids, pursuing self-development and training, building strong relationships, collaborating with a team, and performing additional tasks as assigned. The role emphasizes commission-based earning with a minimum 7% commission and potential for higher levels, in a fast-paced outdoor environment with physical requirements and a relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
