Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive Academy training to earn your mortgage license while learning the mortgage process, lending products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors to master skills before transitioning into a Licensed Loan Officer role where you will build your own pipeline by working directly with inbound leads. Complete required exams and training to advance from this associate position to a full-time sales role with uncapped earning potential.
