Job Summary
Conduct sales consultations to help customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces. Manage daily transactions using POS systems while maintaining a friendly, upbeat attitude. Travel to Largo for weekly training and biannual sales meetings. Maintain weekend and holiday availability for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Lift up to 25 lbs during the role. Work a 40-hour week from Monday through Sunday, with specific hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission tied directly to effort and product knowledge growth.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings
