As a Sales Professional, you'll connect with families, guide them through cemetery property options, and follow up to ensure their needs are met. This role combines sales skills with emotional intelligence, requiring a positive attitude and a commitment to helping others.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year customer service or direct sales work experience
- Current state issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to drive company owned vehicles
- Life Insurance License as required by state regulatory board
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to build professional and trusting business relations
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of customer service procedures
- Ability to comply with company policies
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work in the death industry
- Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Must be able to pass the Company’s internal presentation certification within thirty days of employment
