Sales Professional- Inside Sales

Inside Sales role focused on funeral and cemetery services sales to families; responsibilities include lead generation, obtaining referrals, prospecting daily, presenting to families, building relationships, following up on inquiries, coordinating with funeral directors and staff, and driving revenue through pre-need and at-need arrangements. Requires strong people skills, empathy, ability to present and educate families on benefits of pre-planning, ability to work evenings/weekends, valid driver's license, and potential insurance license where required. Compensation is commission-based with a target range of $50,000–$100,000 annually, with the possibility of $100,000–$150,000+ in subsequent years; a minimum hourly rate of $15 is also provided. Location: MD - Elkridge, United States; on-site role with standard office environment.
