Job Summary
Inside Sales role for SCI's Dignity Memorial brand, focusing on guiding families through pre-need cemetery arrangements and generating revenue. Responsibilities include lead generation (minimum 1-2 hours daily), obtaining referrals, networking with community and civic groups, presenting to families, managing inquiries with empathy and professionalism, maintaining activity levels, building trust-based relationships to enable referrals, collaborating with funeral directors and other staff to ensure seamless service, and thorough preparation for appointments and events. Key skills include customer service, sales, effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education and experience
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred
