Job Summary
Drive revenue for pre-need cemetery arrangements by prospecting and generating referrals, presenting tailored solutions to families, and serving as the primary contact for families through the sales and aftercare process. Build trust-based relationships with families, collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver high-quality service, manage appointments and follow-up, respond to inquiries with empathy, and educate families on the benefits of pre-planning to protect loved ones.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of college or an equivalent education
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of computers and some software
