Job Summary
Sales Professional - Inside Sales responsible for achieving a monthly sales target by presenting Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide and cemetery/pre-need services to families. Builds community relationships to generate qualified leads, follows up on marketing-generated leads to schedule appointments, and guides families through contracts and final arrangements. Generates referrals through aftercare and professional networking; conducts face-to-face prospecting at events, door-knocking, and seminars, and maintains activities in CRM. Develops tailored solutions to meet each family’s needs, supports families in time of grief, and communicates the value of pre-planning with a professional, service-oriented approach. Collaborates with management and staff to ensure high-quality service and processes; comfortable working evenings and weekends and presenting to groups.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing
- Sales experience preferred
- CRM experience a plus
- Public speaking ability; comfortable presenting to small groups
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingual is a plus
