Job Summary
Meet with families in Hobbs, NM to plan prepaid funeral arrangements and guide them through the planning process. This role involves engaging clients, leveraging provided leads, and participating in training, sales contests, and incentive trips while working with Funeral Directors Life and partners in Hobbs. The position emphasizes ethical sales, relationship-building, needs-identification, and helping families make informed decisions about funeral wishes. A life insurance license is highly preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. Training and ongoing development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- NEW MEXICO Life Insurance License HIGHLY PREFERRED
- FUNERAL industry experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Comfortable with CRM software
- Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Creative and innovative – take initiative and ownership
